THE CONTRIBUTION OF PERCEIVED COLLECTIVE EFFICACY BELIEFS AND INTERPERSONAL EMOTION REGULATION TO TURKISH EFL TEACHERS’ JOB STRESS

The goal of this study was to explore the relationship between perceived job stress and a specific set predictor variables among selected university preparatory school EFL (English as Foreign Language) teachers in Turkey. To comprehensively analyze issue stress, interpersonal emotion regulation, teacher collective efficacy used variables. sample consisted 48 various Turkish schools. It hypothesized that high levels beliefs would be negative teachers. A also predicted regulation research hypotheses were tested using data collected through surveys.
